He founded Irwin Global in April 2019 with the primary objective of partnering client leadership teams to leverage his, and other leading experts, extensive international experience to help unleash the full potential and considerable power of all their colleagues. He has always been a catalyst for accelerating growth, cultivating talent, engaging multiple stakeholders and executing appropriate strategic plans to improve commercial performance, drive synergy and optimise governance/risk management. Unlike many consultants Neil has deployed his pragmatic approach in proven growth, change management, learning and leadership strategies to ensure colleagues and clients secure profitable growth across multiple markets from start up to companies generating revenues of up to $42B across most industries. He has also held personal accountability for P&L’s of up to $1B and 2,500+ diverse colleagues across established and emerging economies worldwide.
